Veterinary digital services provider Vetstream has been appointed by the World Small Animal Veterinary Association (WSAVA) as a Global Educational Partner and will now offer Vetlexicon Canis, Felis and Lapis, the world’s largest peer-reviewed online clinical veterinary reference services, to members of WSAVA member associations outside the UK at preferential pricing and, in the cases of some developing countries, free of charge.
Vetlexicon provides comprehensive, peer-reviewed digital point-of-care information for the veterinary care of dogs, cats, rabbits and horses. Accessible 24/7 on any internet-enabled device, it is a unique expert knowledge resource, which is updated regularly and peer-reviewed by more than 900 of the world’s leading veterinarians.
Commenting, WSAVA Honorary Secretary Dr Siraya Chunekamrai, said: “We represent 158,000 veterinarians globally through 96 member associations and aim to raise standards of veterinary care, partly through the provision of educational resources.
“Vetlexicon gives veterinarians instant access to the latest clinical information and we believe it will prove a valuable practice tool.”
