After four years in the planning, July 2018 saw the opening of our new state of the art, multi-million-pound, specialist lead referral hospital in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. The hospital is based on a strong ethos of staff well being and is the first dedicated hospital of its kind in the local area. Hamilton Specialist Referrals (HSR) is a Tier 3, RCVS accredited hospital with three operating theatres and dedicated on-site physiotherapy and rehabilitation suites including hydrotherapy and advanced gait analysis facilities. The hospital boasts an on-site 1.5T high field MRI scanner, CT scanner in addition to the latest and most technically advanced arthroscopy and digital imaging equipment. Founder and Clinical Director Michael Hamilton has vast experience in all aspects of orthopaedic and spinal surgery including joint replacement, spinal decompression and complex fracture management and will be supported by other specialists in Surgery, Neurology and Anaesthesia.
