VetCPD online courses are comprised of webinars, thorough course notes, case studies, and an active forum. The courses are unique as each is run by an attentive tutor who will answer questions or comments on the forum. Each course is worth 8 hours CPD and is only £119 + VAT. All courses run for three weeks with the tutor, beginning on 8th January and ending on the 28th January. After this time, the tutor will no longer be active, but the content and MCQ exam will still be accessible, so you can finish it off over the next month. Eye conditions are very commonly encountered in small animal practice, so it’s vital for Vets and Vet nurses to keep their knowledge updated in this area. Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced clinician, this course offers something for everyone. The course explores: ocular examinations, conditions of canine and feline eyelids, conjunctiva, cornea, iris and lens, and glaucoma.

Anaesthetic Monitoring with Denise Prisk
Monitoring anaesthetised patients is one of the most crucial aspects of a Veterinary Nurse’s role. This course will explore: pre–anaesthetic procedures, basic monitoring, pulse oximetry, arterial blood pressure (invasive and non-invasive), electro cardiology, capnography, central venous pressure and recovery.
