Recently, one of Vet Index newsletter customers, 387 Veterinary Centre, based in Staffordshire, celebrated 10 years in practice. 2017 has been a fantastic year for 387 Vets, who received six major national awards, the highlight being the annual Petplan Veterinary Awards held on the opening day of the British Small Animal Veterinary Association (BSAVA) Congress in April. Considered to be the Oscars of the veterinary world, the 387 team were shortlisted as finalists for 3 of the 5 awards and were thrilled to be announced as winners of all three at a prestigious gala evening.
To help with their ten-years in business celebrations they chose to create and dedicate a special edition newsletter to send to their customers this winter using the Vet Index Newsletter service. Vet Index designed and created this newsletter for them, detailing their story and it provided a showcase for how their veterinary practice had developed and expanded over the past decade as their business has grown.
Mrs Rachel Duncan, practice manager, at 387 Vets, said, about the Vet Index Newsletter service:
“Deciding to print and distribute a special edition winter newsletter for our customers, using the Vet Index Newsletter service, was one we were very happy to make. We wanted to create a special printed newsletter that we could distribute to our customers to share our story as we celebrate 10 years in practice. The newsletter was the perfect vehicle through which to convey our practices history and some of the special memories that we have of the past decade in business. Using the service was straightforward and easy; we simply supplied the images and copy and Vet Index did the rest; we’re very pleased with the result.”
Vet Index are the biggest provider of practice newsletters for the UK and Irish veterinary profession, and are well equipped and accustomed to handling news that our customers wish to share. We design, produce and distribute newsletters either using a standard template on a quarterly basis or we adapt our templates to suit our customer’s needs.
